Satellite Images of Puyehue-Cordón Caulle Volcano Eruption

Since the eruption of Puyehue-Cordón Caulle Volcano in the south of Chile, in the Satellite Remote Sensing Laboratory of CEFOP, daily images have been processed in the visible and thermal channels, which are obtained from the satellites of the NOAA series, allowing tracking the progress of volcanic ashes and its height.
